Luce and Mackinac County Board of Commissioners Approve the Special Assessment Roll and Computation of Costs for Big Manistique Lake

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, the Luce County Board of Commissioners approved the special assessment roll and computation of costs for Big Manistique Lake. On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Mackinac County Board of Commissioners approved the assessment roll and computation of costs for Big Manistique Lake.

The special assessment roll shall be final and conclusive unless appealed in a court within 15 days (Friday, October 10, 2025) after the approval of the assessment roll by resolution of the Luce County Board of Commissioners and Mackinac County Board of Commissioners.
